Availability

Billing is being rolled out gradually. If you don't see a Pricing or Billing option, your account is on the Free plan and there's nothing you need to do.

ResearchConnectX has two plans:

Free

Everything you need to get started:

• Full profile, linked accounts and publications
• Projects, surveys, messages and calendar
• Smart Matches — with a limited number of fresh AI match generations

When you've used your free generations, your existing matches still load — you just can't generate a fresh set until they refresh or you upgrade.

Pro

For active researchers who want the full power of the matching engine:

• More fresh AI match generations (or unlimited, depending on the current plan)
• Everything in Free

Upgrading

1. Visit Pricing (or open Billing from your account menu).
2. Choose monthly or annual billing.
3. Check out securely — payments are handled by Stripe; ResearchConnectX never sees your card details.

Managing your subscription

The Billing page lets you:

• Swap plans — switch between monthly and annual, or Free and Pro
• Cancel — your Pro features continue until the end of the paid period
• Resume — change your mind after cancelling, before the period ends
• Update payment details and download invoices — via the Stripe customer portal

TIP

Your data is never held hostage. If you cancel, your profile, projects and survey data all remain intact on the Free plan.
